A friend (not on CW) just called - a few days ago she left her (drug addict) husband and two little girls (ages 3 & 2) and took off to somewhere 5 states away from home with some stranger. She called today to ask if anyone was looking for her and to tell me she wants to go home. At this point I'm not asking too many questions, I just want her to go home to her girls. She's had run-ins with DHS before, this isn't something that needed to get added to her list. Please pray - I am concerned for her safety right now more than anything.

Lord, keep Your watchful eye on this family, protect them from forces both from without and from within that want to pull them into evil. Help them to see Your hand at work and cause repentance and love to show through. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen

Thank you all for praying for my friend. She is enroute home to her girls - am not sure of what will happen next for her though.

I too am lifting this situation up to the Lord in prayer. That help is sought for the drug addiction, that there is peace and restoration in the marriage, that the little children feel a sense of security.
Lord, You know better than anyone what is going on and what needs to be done. Please take over this family and the hearts of the parents, to bring them to You or return them to You. I ask that You place a hedge of protection around these innocent and precious children and keep them safe. Amen

Lord, please look down upon prolifepj's friend at this time. Help to guide her so that she can make calm and rational decisions at this time. Show her the way back to her home and her family. Also, please lend Yourself to her. Influence her home life so that she can remain a dedicated wife and mother. Influence her husband and help him to see the errors of his ways and abandon his drug habit. Please draw all prolifepj's friend and her entire family closer to you, and let your love and your Word inspire all of them to work together to heal the damaging situations currently in their lives. Thank you Lord for the safe return of this wife and mother.
I pray this will be a new beginning for them with you.
I pray your forgiveness and compassion and love will help them through
I ask Lord that you continue to work in their lives and draw them nearer to you.
Give them the strength to stay encouraged,hopeful and standing on their faith.
I pray for spiritual healing Lord and that they will desire to grow in their relationship with you.
Be with this family Lord as they live and grow in your love and truth.
Help them to be forgiving,understanding and loving toward each other.
